As a small family-run business, we take pride in handcrafting high-quality dive harnesses that meet or exceed CSA standards, sourcing materials and products from Canadian companies as possible.
In 2012, WSSI initially provided textbooks and equipment, including commercial dive harnesses, for Canadian dive students. Over the years, our product offerings evolved to meet changing school requirements. In 2019, we transitioned into an online store, enabling us to reach a wider audience while effectively navigating the challenges of the pandemic.
In 2022, with Joe Doiron’s retirement, WSSI expanded its offerings by acquiring Custom Dive Harnesses from British Columbia. Since then, we’ve been dedicated to enhancing harness hardware, rigorously testing and certifying each product to ensure compliance with CSA standards. Our lineup now includes basic bell harnesses, deluxe models, weight belts, and smaller custom-made harness-style packs. Stay tuned for exciting new products currently undergoing testing.
Insured through Hub International, we are proud to continue providing harnesses to our Canadian customers, and are happy to announce our we can now sell to European and USA customers.
